Longtime Concierge at Wilson Air Center – Charlotte, Gavin Dyer, is honored by Aviation International News’ “Above & Beyond” award.

Gavin Dyer has become known around Wilson Air Center – Charlotte for his accent and ability to connect with customers. He is the first to welcome customers as they step off the plane and the one offering a helping hand as they climb back aboard to resume their journey. And while customers are in Charlotte, Gavin makes sure every aspect of their visit is attended to. With the help of Wilson Air Center’s award-winning Line Service and Customer Service Representatives, Gavin and his team members are able to consistently offer outstanding, personal service even while at one of the country’s busiest airports.
