- Exit I-45 South at Airport Blvd.
- Go west on Airport Blvd until Monroe Rd
- Turn Left (south) on Monroe
- Turn Right (west) on Braniff at the south end of the airport
- Take Braniff to Randolph
- Turn Right on Randolph and follow all the way to Wilson Air Center
From Galveston Island:
- Exit I-45 North at Airport Blvd.
- Go west on Airport Blvd until Monroe Rd
- Turn Left (south) on Monroe
- Turn Right (west) on Braniff at the south end of the airport
- Take Braniff to Randolph
- Turn Right on Randolph and follow all the way to Wilson Air Center
From Reliant Park:
- Exit I-45 South at Airport Blvd.
- Go west on Airport Blvd until Monroe Rd
